Early adopters

Help shape Our Future Health for the entire research community and pay nothing for your access to our data.

About the scheme

We’ve opened two opportunities that offer non-commercial researchers early access:

  • Research Scholar - academic researchers who can help us to refine our resource
  • Research Ambassador - senior leaders who can spread the word about Our Future Health

Benefits include:

  • pay nothing for access and be one of the first to use the resource
  • being directly involved in iterating our current products, helping to make them as easy as possible to use
  • a letter of recognition from Our Future Health – detailing your involvement with the UK’s largest health research programme
  • being published on our website to show your role in supporting our programme

Research Scholars

You can still apply to be an Our Future Health registered researcher.

Our Future Health Scholars will form a community of subject-matter experts, across multiple disciplines and backgrounds. Brought together to help discovery and testing of the Our Future Health environments, processes and plans for development.

As users, they will also advocate for Our Future Health and help to ensure we engage with all communities and meet user needs.

Willingness to engage. You will be required to be involved for a minimum of 12 months. You’ll only be invited to the sessions most relevant to you, but we ask that attend a minimum of 4 sessions per year. Sessions will be remote, so you don’t have to travel.

Passion for research. You will participate in meaningful user research and testing activities - providing feedback on products, features, and functionality. Meetings will be arranged to coincide with the development of the Our Future Health resource, to test new tooling, data, or features to gain insights from actual usage. You will help to champion the Our Future Health resource within your academic community.
